Our latest build is a beautifully considered single-storey home in Whitlam, designed to meet a brief that called for a high energy rating, refined finishes, and a strong connection to the surrounding hinterland views.
One of the biggest challenges was working with the site’s significant 4-metre slope—but through smart, thoughtful planning, we not only overcame it, we achieved an outstanding 8-star Energy Efficiency Rating (EER).
The result is a home that delivers exceptional comfort, energy performance, and visual appeal. Elegant light gold hardware adds a sophisticated touch throughout, completing this perfect balance of functionality and style.
